Parte da pesquisa foi parcialmente publicada num dos capítulos do livro The Intelligence Paradox: why intelligent choice isn't always the smart one. E eis que no capítulo 12 a mulher que opta por não ter filhos descobre que suas vidas não terão significado.Para Kanazawa, deixar de ter filhos é abrir mão do objetivo final da existência biológica de uma mulher (gente, eu não acredito que estou lendo/escrevendo isso em 2013) porque elas "não cumpriram o fim último de toda existência biológica...Os seres humanos não são projetados para a esterelidade voluntária", está aí abaixo, veja, bem na abertura do capítulo.
Entendo que ele tente circunscrever a análise de seus dados a partir de um pressuposto biológico, mas quantos julgamentos morais têm por base esse argumento?
